1 In order for your registration as an ESPN Member to be confirmed, your ESPN membership fees for the past two (2) years (i.e. 2026-2027) are to be settled and confirmed by the ESPN Administrative Secretariat.
2 In order for your registration as a Trainee/Nurse to be confirmed, a proof of status, signed and stamped by your Hospital/University, is to be submitted to the Congress Organizing Secretariat.
3 In order for your registration as a medical/nursing Student to be confirmed, a proof of status, signed and stamped by your University, is to be submitted to the Congress Organizing Secretariat.

Students
All Congress Fees are calculated in EUR (€). Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Congress Organizing Secretariat to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
All payments should be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registration and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments are to be paid on-site.
Invoices are subject to VAT charges over and above. In case of any change in tax policy, applicable VAT charges will be readjusted accordingly.
By Credit Card. MASTERCARD, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted. Online payments will be processed through the secure payment page of the Congress online registration system.
By Bank Transfer. Upon receipt of your registration form, you will receive a confirmation letter with bank account details and a deadline for payment of the respective fees. A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Congress Organizing Bureau by e-mail at info@espncongress.org, for confirmation of the relevant bank transfer.
Erasmus Conferences & Events S.A. does not store credit card information nor do we share customers’ details with any third parties. All personal data included in the databases to which access is granted will be protected according to the European Directive for the Protection of Personal Data with appropriate software and hardware measurements.
As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings.
Cancellation of participation must be submitted in writing to the Congress Organizing Bureau. The following cancellation policy will apply:
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the event. Bank charges will be deducted. An additional handling fee of 20 EUR per refund will apply.
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance. Certificates will be sent via email to all participants after the Congress.
All registered delegates having attended the Congress will receive an evaluation link by e-mail. Upon completion of the evaluation survey, which is completely anonymous, users will be redirected to the platform where they can print their Certificate of Attendance, by entering the barcode available on their delegate badge. Attestation of CMEs received during Congress, as per attendance records, will be sent by email after due processing of data from attendance scanners.
The official language of the 30th ESPN Congress is English. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
Name badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, delegates are requested to wear their badges, which will be given upon their check-in at the Secretariat Desk operating onsite.
Participants that require an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Summit may address the Organising Secretariat, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who are required to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Summit. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that invitation letters are issued only for those participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees). In case your visa application is not approved by the relevant Authorities, Erasmus S.A. will fully refund registration fees minus bank charges.
Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Congress Secretariat accept any liability for damages and/or loss of any kind which may incur to Congress participants throughout Congress dates. Participation is at one’s own risk. Participants are advised to take out insurance against loss, accidents or damage that could be incurred during the Congress. Verbal agreements will not be binding unless confirmed in writing.
Wireless internet connection is available in all Congress areas.
Please note that pictures and video recordings will be taken by Congress staff throughout the ESPN 2027 Congress. By registering for the Congress you agree to your image and personal information being passed to the ESPN Administrative Secretariat & Congress Organizing Bureau and published on their website (www.espncongress.org and www.espneurosurgery.org) and being used in materials published by the European Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery, either online or in hard copy, for publicity and promotional purposes.
Please be aware of fraudulent congress websites or emails being presented as coming from the official congress organizer or official housing office. The only official website of the congress is www.espncongress.org and no other company apart from Erasmus Conferences & Events SA is connected with this congress.
Please do not provide or share credit card details and other sensitive information unless you have carefully checked that you are actually communicating with the official organizer, Erasmus Conferences & Events SA.
